One world-class institution, two unique campuses
SUNY Poly’s two main academic and research-focused campuses are located in Albany and Utica, New York, and are comprised of five colleges. 

Hands-on Engineering experience
The Center for Global Advanced Manufacturing (CGAM) on SUNY Poly’s Utica campus offers students the opportunity to engage in various manufacturing processes. CGAM is made up of a variety of dedicated labs that include cutting-edge technologies such as advanced 3D printing, robotics, machine tools, nanotechnology, and digital prototyping.

SUNY Poly is at the forefront of nanotechnology research. Students at our Albany campus learn from world-class faculty and work side-by-side with industry-leading companies such as IBM, Tokyo Electron, and Applied Materials in the state-of-the-art Albany NanoTech Complex, which can lead to internship and career opportunities. Students on our Utica campus also have opportunities to work with and learn from our partners, including Wolfspeed and the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL).
