Study online on your own time
In addition to a wide variety of on-campus programs, SUNY Poly also offers an expanding catalog of online programs for students who are looking for an opportunity to complete their education on their own schedule. 

Optimize your transfer credit
SUNY Poly works with students to ensure that your applicable hard-earned credit is transferred to SUNY Poly. SUNY Poly accepts applicable credit lower division not to exceed 76 semester hours and may accept additional credit from four-year institutions at the junior and senior levels beyond 76 semester hours if it is applicable to the student’s degree program. Total transfer of credits may not exceed 94 semester hours.

SUNY Poly boasts a 13:1 student-faculty ratio, with an average class size of 18 students. Primarily based at the Utica campus, 955 residential students attend the Institution, which hosts more than 40 student clubs and organizations, NCAA Division III athletics, 12 intramural sports, and a rich residential life program on its beautiful, modern, and vibrant campus.
