Delaware Valley University, founded in 1896, is an independent, comprehensive university emphasizing experiential and interdisciplinary learning. Originally an agricultural college, Delaware Valley has expanded to offer more than 25 undergraduate majors in the sciences, humanities, and business, seven master's programs, and a Doctor of Education. Its 571-acre campus is located in Doylestown, 30 miles northwest of Philadelphia.
